Providing timely and compassionate state-of-the-art patient care in the context of social and cultural diversity. Our major areas of focus include diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer and all aspects of thoracic oncology, palliative care, minimally invasive interventions for tracheobronchial, pulmonary, and pleural diseases, interstitial lung disease and pulmonary fibrosis, as well as general pulmonary and critical care medicine.
Performing clinically relevant research that will benefit our patients and community, as well as enhance the training of future specialists in pulmonary and critical care medicine.
Educating the public as well as our trainees, ancillary staff and other health care providers in order to allow them to lead productive lives in their chosen professions.
