Flexible Bronchoscopy
Flexible bronchoscopy is a procedure used to examine the tracheobronchial tree in order to inspect the secretions, obtain specimens to detect windpipe and bronchial tubes, and remove airway infections and other illnesses, or treat patients with airway airway obstruction.
Procedures are performed in the outpatient procedure suite using topical anesthesia and intravenous sedation.
